Power off the computer immediately, then call us for an appointment. DO NOT restart your computer.

While many things can cause printing problems; many times simply unplugging the wireless router, powering off and unplugging the printer, and powering off the computer having problems for 30 seconds or so, then powering them all back up often solves printing problems for many people.
